My dad was in an accident car was totalled, air bag deployed blasting him in the chest (severely bruised sternum). Car was towed here. He asked if someone could help him get a wheelchair out of his trunk, and explained he was just in the accident and was sore THEY REFUSED TO HELP MY DAD! THEY ALSO SAID IF HE DROVE BACK TO HIS TOTALLED VEHICLE INSTEAD OF CARRYING EVERYTHING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT IT WAS AT HIS OWN RISK!! MY DAD TOLD ME HIS CAR WAS BACKED UP VERY CLOSE TO A FENCE AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO RETRIEVE HIS BELONGINGS.
